Mallory

Miss Mallory began her dance journey at the age of three at Melinda Leigh Preforming Arts Center in her hometown of Mobile, Alabama.  She knew right away that dance would forever be a part of her life. She began class assisting at the age of 11 where her passion grew in the form of teaching dance.

After high school, Mallory decided to continue her dance Education at the University of Southern Mississippi, where she graduated in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in Dance Performance and Choreography. She is trained in ballet, pointe, modern, and improvisation. She was a member of the Repertory Dance Company for four years and choreographed and performed in both faculty and student pieces. Mallory has over 5 years of teaching experience in all styles of dance. She has also choreographed and directed for competition dances.

In 2017 Miss Mallory married her high school sweetheart Nathan Morris and in 2019 they moved to Joplin where he is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for football at MSSU. We are extremely excited to have Mallory joining our KDS teaching team and blessed to have her as a part of our dance family. She is thrilled to be sharing her love and passion for dance.
