The Cecchetti method is the Italian method of ballet and is a systematic approach incorporating repetitive movements designed to build strength and fluidity as well as educate dancers with proper ballet terminology and training.

Jazz

Jazz dance is an umbrella term that can refer to several related modern dance styles. It encompasses isolations of the body, core development, and progressions towards a new style of movement. It is a requirement to take an equal level ballet class in order to take a leveled jazz class.
